We’ve added a new way to keep track of which clients owe you money with Harpoon’s new Accounts Aging report.
The Accounts Aging report is really a companion to the existing Outstanding Invoices widget you’ll find on Harpoon's Dashboard.
The Dashboard widget works great when you just need an at-a-glance overview of your outstanding invoices. Plus it provides a handy link to a pre-filtered list of those invoices.
But the new Accounts Aging report breaks down the outstanding amounts by both time (e.g. 0-30 Days) and by client.
And maybe the biggest benefit is the ability to download a PDF or CSV of the report for easy sharing around the office (i.e. your accounts receivable buddies who keep nagging you for status updates).
A simple addition, but a tool we hope removes some friction from life at work.
