Most of our customers use Harpoon to run their day-to-day businesses, and then when tax time comes around they hand off financial reports from Harpoon to their accountants.

After creating your account you have 14 days to try Harpoon. No credit card information is required. During your trial you have unlimited access to all of Harpoon's features.
After 14 days you'll be prompted to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using Harpoon. If you decide not to upgrade, your account will become inactive, but your trial data will be saved for a limited period of time in case you decide to upgrade later.
Plans are based on the size of your team. Other than that there are no limits on number of clients, projects, invoices, or anything else. Each plan gives you unlimited access to all of Harpoon's features.
Yes. If you choose to pay your subscription on an annual basis we'll provide a 21% discount. For example, our $19/month Freelancer plan billed annually would be the equivalent of $15/month.
No problem. If you're an agency with more than 20 people who need access to your Harpoon account, each additional team member is $5 per user per month. Contact us and we'll get you set up.
Absolutely not. Harpoon is a pay-as-you-go service. Use Harpoon for as long as you'd like and you'll be billed monthly or yearly. There are no commitments. You can cancel your subscription whenever you'd like.
Nope. The subscription plan price you see is the price you pay. No hidden fees, no gotchas, no surprises. If you decide to upgrade to a paid subscription after your free trial expires you'll be billed monthly or annually.
Yes. Like your online banking Harpoon uses SSL encryption for your account data. And your credit card information (and any client payments you accept online) are handled securely using Stripe's third-party payment processing.
