By far the most popular feature request we've received from our customers has been support for international currencies. The people have spoken, and we listened!
Starting today, Harpoon offers full support for the following currencies:
- $ - Dollars
- £ - Pounds
- € - Euros
- kr - Krones
We've also expanded our support for online invoice payments to over fifteen countries including Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, United Kingdom, and United States.
We also understand that not everyone formats their currency or numbers the same way. For example, the number 12345.67 is "12,345.67" in the US, but could be "12 345,67" in France or "12.345,67" in Germany. To accommodate your formatting preferences we now support international number formats. You can simply change the number format within your Settings > General.
After setting your currency and number format your Harpoon account is instantly updated to reflect those settings, from the insights gained on your Dashboard to the invoices you send to your clients.
This update is live as of today, so if you're a current user of Harpoon, check your general settings for the new options. New signups to Harpoon will select their currency when signing up for the app.
