Toodledo is a full featured task management application that provides fine tune organization for your tasks, hotlists that determine the highest priority tasks, filters to look at only a specific set of tasks, a scheduler that helps you plan out your day, and alarms to keep you on point.

Producteev is a good solution if you need to set tasks lists for more than simply yourself, but you don't need a full blown project management software. This app allows you to create projects and teams and assign tasks with due dates, notes, progress trackers, and activity streams to keep a big picture view of the task completion process.

No matter which tool you work with, having a dedicated place to dump and organize your tasks can go a long way in helping you to stay productive. Cloud-based tools can be ideal with today's connected world, where we are nearly always in front of a tablet, computer, or phone.
