How do I know if a client has viewed my invoice?

After you send an invoice to your client using the Send action, Harpoon will notify you in two ways that your client has viewed the invoice:

Email: When your client views their invoice you’ll receive an automated email letting you know when they viewed it.

Invoice Status: When your client views their invoice the status of the invoice in your Harpoon account will change from “Sent” to “Viewed."

Tip: If you connect your Harpoon account to Slack you'll also receive a Slack notification when your client views an invoice.
